The end of April saw the Annual Awards of the British Institute of Photography Yorkshire Region.

Entries were down from previous years in some of the commercial categories. Does this reflect less work being done during the recession? I'm not sure, but I was pleased to win the Advertising category with this image from a recent food commission.
